The competition is open to all, regardless of age or nationality, to those who hold one of the following qualifications:

  • a specialist or master’s degree obtained pursuant to Ministerial Decree 509/1999 and subsequent amendments and/or additions;
  • a degree obtained pursuant to previous teaching regulations (the legal course of which lasts at least four years);
  • a suitable academic qualification obtained at a foreign university.

The competition is also open to those who will obtain the qualification required for admission to the selection no later than October 31, 2020.

In this case, candidates are admitted to the competition with reservation and, if they win, they will lose their admission to the course if they fail to obtain the title by the aforementioned date.

Participation is not allowed to those who have already benefited from a scholarship for the attendance of a doctoral course in Italy.

The application for participation in the competition must be submitted exclusively by electronic procedure, no later than 14:00 noon on June 30th, 2020.
